Originally from the city of Chicago's West Side Cliff develop his knack for the arts at the age of two long before he was able to receive formal training from Alexander's School of Oil Painting, The Art Institute of Chicago Young Artist Studio, a short stint at The American Academy of Art in Chicago and Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California.
